Create your own Battlecard – ITSM
If your are in IT services consulting, one of the key components you impress your customers is the way in which you implement, develop software or a component. The better the offering, ease of use, correct price point, the success rate of the sale goes up many notches. This Battlecard empowers your sales rep to sell effectively in a easy, but, effective manner.

The Battlecard is laid out in a way that your rep is able to converse with your customer in a consistent and intelligent manner. For SMB’s and start-ups this is particularly useful as there is a consistent message going from all your sales reps, creating a professional impression and knowledge about the subject. Icebreakers are important to start a conversation and hearing and anticipating your customers pain points always helps being prepared by asking the golden questions. Your sale though will be successful only if you have a good product, service or story of one or many successful implementations. Target your audience who are the decision makers, or someone who has influence over them.
